Kate Kendall (1985, Denver/Colorado) looks to the natural world as a less determined space than the human world to challenge the viewer perspective on reality. She wonders what happens when technologies or narratives fail, as in they never arrive at their determined destination. Kate engages a perpetual state of becoming over a point of arrival. In this interstitial space translation, traces and entanglements gain acetic power and visibility. Kate lives and works in Santa Fe and Los Angeles.
